Is there a reason you use LGBTQ* instead of GSM? I feel that GSM is more inclusive.

LGBTQ - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, Queer, asterisk* inclusive but not limited to asexual, pansexual, gender fluid, genderqueer, questioning, etc
GSM - Gender and Sexual Minorities
Personal Response:
I use LGBTQ(*) because it is a term more people are familiar with. This blog has become a source site and daily visit page for many people who have found it via Google and other searches while looking for LGBTQ*/GSM sites.
The blog is also a featured #LGBTQ blog on Tumblr. I use the initialism to assist in the hashtag search.
Language is constantly evolving and it is very hard to stay with the curve and create dialogues inclusive of vocabulary which better defines individuals. I use LGBTQ* because (at this time) it is familiar and allows a broader audience/peers/friends to navigate the site.
